There’s ample parking, plenty of indoor room with washroom/shower facilities.

Please check in to acknowledge your attendance an hour before your ride start. Please note ride start times. Be at the start location on your bike 15 minutes before start times, for important announcements

Both Big & Sensible GRAVEL Rides kick up dirt at 08:30 *this is a new change

Hilly Canadian Century ROAD pulls out at 09:00

Stuff you should know!

The courses will NOT be completely marked. There will be markings at critical junctures and for areas of caution. Riders must depend on downloading the GPS route or printing the course map. PLEASE download a day or two before the event to ensure you have any last minute course alterations
There’s lots of food and beverages en route but plan for a third bottle for the long gravel course. There will be an extra fluid re-supply in the last 1/3 of Ed’s Big GRAVEL course (this was based on feedback from 2022)
Hope for sun but prepare for any kind of weather ( rain and snow has happened….shocking, yes, I know ! )
Hot food and swag, post-race.
Bright rear tail-lights are strongly encouraged and a front light is always a good idea, especially for the longer course.
Have off bike footwear for post ride facility use.
Bikes and gear: For the roads up here, a 28 mm tire would be ideal to handle some of the road irregularities. At least 36 mm tires for the gravel. The Gravel courses are for Gravel type bikes on generally hard packed roads and trails. There are a few short sections that are sandy and loose. A mountain bike would work, but you will want tall gearing for a lot of the fast hardpacked rolling roads. Be self sufficient to repair flats and bring a cell phone.
